New worm,
nice to meet you.
Get to know the desk first, then start your first shift. Four short chapters take you from first login to your first promotion plan.

01Know your desk
Your desk is the whole game. Almost everything you can see is interactive.

The monitor is where tasks, spreadsheets and messages live; the keyboard is how you type; the phone brings tips from the outside world. The clock sets the rhythm of the day, and every trinket you buy later lands on this same desk.
02Start with small movements
Don't rush. Practise short, controlled moves before you try to cross the whole desk.

Plan where your head will land before you fling.
Small wiggles beat big throws for precision.
Feel the physics — each attempt teaches the weight of your body.
03Do your first tasks
Read the task, find the cell, make the input. That loop powers your whole career.

Spreadsheet tasks ask you to type values into specific cells. Read the instruction bar first — it tells you the exact cell and value — then drag yourself to the right key and bump it. Messages arrive the same way: read, then answer.
04Plan your upgrades
Money you earn can make the job easier — or fancier.

Every paycheck can go toward upgrades that speed up work, gym equipment, self-help books, hats, or the L-shaped desk. The promotion path rewards preparation, so keep a cash buffer.
